How to track your order

Arrival notices often do not reach recipients. This happens in every country. Tracking your order is your responsibility!
We do not recommend using third-party tracking services or websites. Very often they provide incomplete information or do not provide it at all.
Here is how we recommend tracking your order depending on the shipping method:
DHL Express
A tracking link, along with a tracking number, will be attached to the order confirmation email. DHL provides complete and self-sufficient tracking.
Airmail and ePacket
1. The first few days after receiving the tracking code, it is better to track the order on the Thailand post website: https://track.thailandpost.co.th/?lang=en
2. Then, we recommend tracking the parcel on your country's post website. Usually, the tracking number of the parcel appears in the mail database a week after departure from Thailand. Prior to this event, the parcels are in the customs warehouse and await their turn for customs clearance. During holidays or global events, processing and delivery times for parcels may increase.
